How to Pair#

When pairing your badge with the Meshtastic app, the 6-digit PIN code will be displayed using the first 6 RGB LEDs on your badge. Each LED represents one digit of the PIN through its color:

Color to Number Mapping:

  • Red = 4
  • Green = 5
  • Blue = 6

Example: If your LEDs show the pattern: Blue, Red, Green, Green, Blue, Red

  • LED 1 (Blue) = 6
  • LED 2 (Red) = 4
  • LED 3 (Green) = 5
  • LED 4 (Green) = 5
  • LED 5 (Blue) = 6
  • LED 6 (Red) = 4
  • Your PIN would be: 645564

The LEDs will display this pattern for 30 seconds when you initiate pairing mode. Simply read the colors from left to right and enter the corresponding numbers in the Meshtastic app to complete the pairing process.
