We are looking for volunteer resume reviewers for DEF CON 34. This is a community effort. We want people who are part of this community, have done the work, and have hired or managed others along the way.
If you have built or led a technical team, made hiring decisions as a practitioner, or managed people in a security or engineering role, and you consider DEF CON your people, we want to hear from you.
Who We Are Looking For#

- Senior practitioners who have interviewed and evaluated candidates in security, engineering, or adjacent fields
- People who have mentored junior community members and helped them navigate their career path
- DEF CON regulars who understand what this community values and can help others communicate that to employers
